Common questions


You can use your Money Network Card wherever Visa® Debit Cards are accepted and at virtually any ATM. You can access cash for free at in-network ATMs. Find one using our locator today. To learn more about in-network ATM usage, please see your Fee and Transaction Limit Schedule.

Yes. You can use any four-digit number you choose.

Call the Customer Service number on the back of your Card. Follow the menu prompts to create a new PIN. Your new PIN will be active immediately.

Call Customer Service at 1-866-387-5146 immediately and follow the prompts for the option to report a lost or stolen Card so that a new one can be delivered to you promptly. This option is available without having to log into the system, so your Card number is not required.

You may also have protection with the Visa Zero Liability Policy**.

Adding Funds

There are many ways to add money to your Card including direct deposit of your paycheck, tax refund or other recurring payments, transfer from another bank account, deposit check funds using the Money Network Mobile App2, or by visiting a cash reload agent3.

Spending and Withdrawing Funds

Yes, you can use your Card to withdraw cash from ATMs. Some types of ATM withdrawals may be surcharge-free1 or even completely free of charge when you use "in-network ATMs". You can locate in-network ATMs near you by using our locator available online or in the Money Network Mobile App2.

Any amount that is not spent will remain available until you spend it (less any applicable fees, charges or other amounts owed to us) or request to close your Account.

Managing Funds

There are four easy ways to access your balance information and transaction history:

  • Money Network® Mobile App2. Download the mobile app at the App Store® or on Google Play™.
  • Account Alerts. Set up Account alerts online or via the Mobile App2.
  • Online. Visit our website to view your Account information.
  • By phone. Call Customer Service at the number on the bank of your Card to hear your balance.

No, at this time we do not support Secondary Cards.

Disputes, Errors and Zero Liability Policy

The Visa Zero Liability policy covers U.S.-issued cards only and does not apply to ATM transactions, PIN transactions not processed by Visa, or certain commercial card transactions. Cardholder must notify issuer promptly of any unauthorized use. Consult issuer for additional details or visit www.visa.com/security.
